Overview
“Optima Lab” is looking for a “German Speaking Customer Support Agents”.
Responsibilities:
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationship
Required Qualifications:
- Beginner and Experienced both can apply
- Customer service or similar background would be an advantage
- Applicant must be able to speak and understand German language
- Applicant must have problem solving skills
