Overview

Responsibilities:


- Design a variety of creative projects from concept to execution to support the marketing team and funder/partner programs. This includes marketing collateral such as print and digital ads, emails, infographics, brochures/flyers, reports, presentation templates, websites, and social media images
- Deliver creative solutions for business problems, churn out ideas and campaigns to meet performance marketing, brand marketing & sales goals
- Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics that work for different user journeys, personas, and conversion objectives
- Support content marketing with visually compelling design
- Ensure a creative yet consistent look and feel that adheres to, and supports, the company brand, visual identity, and messaging Work examples include:
- Concepting and designing email templates, company presentations, advertising and landing page UI/UX
- Concepting, producing and managing assets for digital campaigns
- Concepting and designing environmental branding and display graphics for printing purposes
- Supporting design for content marketing and social media programs

Required Qualifications:


- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Design, Marketing, Communications or a related field or -equivalent experience,
- Proven work experience as a graphic designer
- Experience in doing research using multiple design sources and tools
- Excellent design skills and attention to details
- Strong computer skills, proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Programs (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), Microsoft Office
- In-depth knowledge of typography, iconography, color, space, and texture
- Creation, refreshing and maintaining brand identity and guidelines
- Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing
- Good organizational and time-management skills (ability to work under pressure, multi-tasking ability)
- A great team player
