Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Able to provide mockups and sketches quickly, prior to the project finalization 
  • Able to adjust designs based on feedback
  • Able to adapt files according to our brand and requirements 
  • Able to produce graphic and web promotion materials such as social media graphics and banners, static and rich banner ads, etc, to be used across all our marketing channels 
  • Able to create images that convey a message according to marketing strategies, using colors, images, text style, and layout 
  • Must be able to discuss and explain design options and design decisions to the managers and the marketing team 
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends 
  • Ensure consistency of brand and creative across all touch points 
  • Knowledge of high quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes is a valuable asset. 

Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field 
  2. At least 3 years of experience working as a graphic designer (portfolio required
  3. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dimension, Premier Pro, After Effect, Media Encoder, Dream Weaver, Character Animator, XD, Figma, ZBrush, etc.) 
  4. Ability to handle multiple projects 
  5. Detail-oriented, flexible personality with excellent communication skill 
  6. Ability to provide accurate work estimates and deliver projects within deadlines 
  7. Ability to stay positive in stressful situations 
  8. Excellent knowledge of English is a must (all communications will be in English

Would be an asset if you have knowledge of:

  • Farsi language  
  • Background in Marketing or Marketing Design 
  • Motion Graphic Design  
  • UI/UX concepts
