CreedRoomz is on a search for a new player to join our team.

Responsibilities:


- Serve as the lead point of contact for clients while building and nurturing trusted and long-lasting relationships
- Collaborate with our sales, advertising, and product development teams to ensure the clients satisfaction of service is provided
- Develop strategies to grow existing accounts and ensure quality and cost-effective services
- Encourage, support, develop a team, and monitor their success and conduct regular performance reviews
- Use outstanding communication skills to present and influence key stakeholders in our company
- Develop team of Account Managers and oversee key accounts
- Evaluate client needs and develop marketing strategies based on those needs

Required Qualifications:


- Masters/Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
- Proven work experience as Key account manager, sales account manager , or any similar role
- Solid experience in CRM software and MS office
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills
- Detail and customer oriented
