Overview
“ID Bank CJSC” is looking for a “Head of Card Issuance Unit”.
Responsibilities:
- Perform necessary registrations in the internal banking and processing systems for introduction of new card products,
- Control the processes of ordering, sorting and transferring cards opened and issued by branches as well as proper processing of applications sent on behalf of branches,
- Control the works of exchange, verification and processing of files between the Bank and the Processing Centre,
- Participate in the process of development of contracts, agreements, acts necessary for the works of the Card Operations Division,
- Perform distribution of responsibilities among the unit employees,
- Prepare necessary ToRs, control the works of their further testing and application (automation of works, current software changes etc.),
- Organize and control the processes of appealing card transactions performed through local and international payment systems,
- Constantly submit recommendations for improvement of works of the subdivision,
- Prepare reports to be submitted to payment systems.
Required Qualifications:
- Higher education,
- At least 3 years of work experience in the card operations sphere,
- Knowledge of banking legislation,
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages,
- Digital skills,
- Ability to solve problems and a quick and effective manner,
- Management and organizational skills,
- Leadership and coaching skills.
