Coffee House Company is a successfully expanding chain of coffee shops in the Armenian market, with an endeavor to grow globally. We take pride in being the largest takeaway chain of coffee shops functioning in Armenia. Our first drop of coffee was poured out to customers in 2015, and there was no looking back ever since. We now operate 30 branches across the country. Our unique combination of quality, an unmatched menu serving over 220 varieties of drinks along with our experienced baristas make us stand out among the rest.
We are looking for a Head of Marketing who’ll lead all our marketing activities from social media and digital campaigns to advertising and creative projects.

Responsibilities:


- Overseeing marketing department
- Prepare social media marketing campaigns and strategize them such that they align with the business objectives
- Create and monitor an advertisement on various platform keeping the business vision aligned
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Marketing department
- Set, monitor, and report on team goals
- Design branding, positioning, and pricing strategies
- Develop new approaches to community engagement to enhance customer experience and loyalty
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
- Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans
- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
- Be responsible for the website, ensuring content is optimized for SEO, and build our presence across our social channels – Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
- Finding insights into customers’ current usage of products, untapped opportunities and buyer personas via interviews, surveys, focus groups and sales data

Required Qualifications:


- Work experience as Head of Marketing or other similar role
- Experience in running a marketing team
- Experience running successful marketing campaigns
- Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
- Ability to plan and manage budgets
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Attention to detail
