Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Payments Department Strategy
  • Manage and motivate staff, create a positive, productive environment for the team
  • Responsible for fulfillment of Departments KPIs
  • Responsible for Project Roadmap
  • Setting goals & priorities for employees
  • Negotiate with  Vendors
  • Ensuring that payment operations design and execution is being performed meeting business and customer requirements
  • Setting – up new and optimizing existing procedures
  • Monitor payment processes’ performance and detail analysis of incidents
  • Managing the reconciliation process with vendors and balance/bank accounts management (netting procedure)
  • Monitoring the high performance of payment channels through SLAs
  • Ensuring continuity of business processes
  • UX Tracking and its constant improvement
  • Operational Risk Management

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in payments or processing role
  • Direct experience maximizing payments conversion in a high volume and in reducing fraud-related costs and.
  • Leadership and people management skills with demonstrable ability to grow and guide teams
  • Product passion and innovation drive
  • Experience in business development activities
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Senior-level industry relationships
  • Fluency in Armenian and English, Russian (Preferable)
