* Evaluate personnel needs, discuss and implement hiring plans.

* Post positions, perform candidate search, targeted advertising of positions, organize interviews.

* Perform internal HR-related tasks

* Assist in other organizational and administrative tasks

Required Qualifications:

* Fluent in Armenian, English and Russian

* Organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills

* Experience in HR or recruiting is a plus

* Good written and oral communication skills

 * Good MS Office and Google Docs skills

* Ability to learn, locate information autonomously, ability to quickly acquire skills with new technologies and tools

* Conscientious and detail-oriented
