Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Administration and Payroll manager to join us at Oneplanetstudios Armenia The ideal candidate has the ability to process timesheets, prepare employment-related documents, update payroll records and answer employee questions about payments.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts, policies, agreements, orders, references, etc;
  • Maintain physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests, etc;
  • Process attendance records and other documents;
  • Process financial compensations and the documentation related to it (e.g. salaries, benefits, annual bonuses, taxes, worker’s compensation);
  • Collect daily, weekly or monthly timesheets;
  • Produce reports to upper management upon request;
  • Work directly with the colleagues of our US-based office helping them prepare HR-related documentation;

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of proven work experience as an HR Administrator;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources or another related field;
  • Excellent knowledge of Labor Code of RA;
  • Hands-on experience with databases and HR software;
  • Excellent knowledge of legislation relevant to accounting and payroll, policies and other regulations;
  • Experience in data collection, entry, and reporting with great attention to detail and confidentiality;
  • Good knowledge of Excel (functions, data, etc.)
  • Advanced knowledge of English;
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
