Responsibilities:


- Preparing HR documents (hiring, changes, terminations, etc.)
- Preparing documentation of orders (/vacations, bonuses, overtime, benefits, business trips, etc.)
- Employees requested Certificates preparation
- Cooperate with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
- Internal HR reporting
- Attendance sheets checking
- Replace Payroll Manager during the vacation
- Perform other related duties

Required Qualifications:


- Higher Education
- 1-2 years of work experience is preferable
- Strong knowledge of RA Labor Code (certification in training will be a plus)
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft software
- Solid understanding of the payroll calculations
- Strong knowledge of ArmSoft
- Advanced level of English is a must
- Time management skills, ability to meet the deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
