Overview

At Basic Corporation we are looking for result oriented HR person, who can deliver and maintain a positive work experience for our staff at the office and stores.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in Company's all HRM activities,

- Prepare HR documents (hiring, changes, terminations, etc.),

- Prepare documentation of orders (official letters, vacations, bonuses, business trips, etc.),

- Check attendance sheets,

- Implement and monitor Human Resources policies, procedures, and programs consistent with corporate objectives and goals,

- Support in realization of HRM department strategy in line with the business needs of the company, including but not limited to workforce planning, employee development, retention and engagement programming, and succession planning,

- Manage internal communication projects (like job satisfaction surveys),

- Coordinate employee training and development initiatives,

- Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on HRM activities,

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

- Partner with legal counsel as needed/required,

- Be informed with the HRM latest trends, technologies, and methodologies,

- Ensure positive internal communication.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in psychology, human resource management or related field

- 1+ years of experience in the field of HR

- Strong knowledge of RA Labor Code (certification or training will be a plus)

- Knowledge of 1C or ERP is a plus

- Strong people skills

- Ability to achieve results and meet strict deadlines in an effective manner

- Detail-oriented and an organized personality

- A positive, friendly, and helpful attitude

- Computer literacy

- Good knowledge of Armenian, Russian, and English languages.
