The HR Administrator will be responsible for the complete HR documentation cycle and provide administrative support to the HR Department across all aspects of Human Resources.


- Ensure compliance with labor regulations of RA and keep all documentation up to date
- Prepare employment contracts, contract addendums/ agreements and orders
- Prepare timesheets for employees on general shift and rostered shift-pattern
- Provide support for hiring and termination processes including complete documentation
- Record employee vacation, sick, maternity and other type of leaves and prepare report as required
- Update the HR system and archive employee records, including employee files
- Translate and adapt job descriptions to comply with the Armenian Law
- Report regularly on HR metrics
- Follow up on employee appraisals
- Organize process of work permit and residence card for non-Armenian national

Required Qualifications:

- University Level Education or Degree
- + 2 years’ experience in Human Resources in any service
- related industry
- Good knowledge of Armenian Labor Law
- Ability to use technology systems/tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Armenian and English
- Knowledge in HR functions and the corresponding processes is a must
- Good knowledge of "Armenian Software" program
- Must be Armenian National
