Overview

“BostonGene Technologies” is looking for a “HR Assistant”.

Responsibilities:


- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring completeness and accuracy
- Process and file HR-related documents, such as contracts, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
- Enter employee information into HR databases and systems
- Ensure data integrity and consistency in all HR records
- Assist in monitoring and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Conduct periodic audits of employee records for accuracy and completeness
- Respond to internal and external requests for HR-related documentation.
- Retrieve and provide information as needed for audits and reporting
- Collaborate with HR team members to support various HR processes
- Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion

Required Qualifications:


- Degree in Economics or HR
- Previous experience in HR document management or a related administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Proficiency in Armenian and fluent Russian
