Responsibilities:


- Participation in implementation of HR Strategy
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies
- Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning
- Manager Performance appraisal program and deliver guidance to business line management
- Manage business line budget with line director
- Help line managers deal with organizational, people, and change-related issues
- Participation in Engagement Surveys Analysis and Action Plan
- Talent Management process ownership
- Tracking HR metrics

Required Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Social Science, Psychology, Business Administration or related
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience
- Advance English is a must
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to coach, influence, and partner with various levels of employees
