Overview
Responsibilities:
- Develop organizational guidelines and procedures,
- Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs,
- Provide full-cycle recruiting,
- Attract active and passive candidates sourcing via different channels,
- Assist with all internal and external HR related matters.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in a similar role,
- Hands-on experience with hiring technical roles,
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills,
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- At ease working in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with ambiguity.
