Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Develop organizational guidelines and procedures,
  • Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs,
  • Provide full-cycle recruiting,
  • Attract active and passive candidates sourcing via different channels, 
  • Assist with all internal and external HR related matters.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in a similar role,
  • Hands-on experience with hiring technical roles,
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills,
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • At ease working in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with ambiguity.
