“”Stellar Hotels” LLC” is looking for a “HR Manager”.


- Organize and manage the full recruitment process, including creating and posting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, shortlisting, conducting interviews, and providing timely feedback
- build the best candidate experience
- Follow up on hiring decisions and keep the communication with candidates
- Manage salaries, benefits and other payment procedures
- Advising on disciplinary and employee performance problems
- Process paperwork and collaborate with the accounting team to ensure clear and timely communication regarding employee-related matters
- Managing employment contracts and personal data
- Advising line managers and other employees on employment law, internal standards, and procedures
- Maintain corporate culture and standards

Required Qualifications:

- At least 2 years of HR generalist work experience
- Fluency in the Armenian and Russian languages both oral and written
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and develop relationships with employees and candidates
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail/accuracy
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, time-driven environment
- Solid problem-solving skills
