Responsibilities:
  • Manage talent acquisition and recruitment processes

Required Qualifications:
  • Higher education in the field of HRM or relevant field
  • At least 3 years of experience in managing human resources
  • Strong knowledge of RA labor law and employment practices
  • Advanced knowledge of written and spoken English and Russian languages
  • Enthusiasm to work with the team and in the team, ability to contribute to building a positive team spirit
  • Ability to build and develop relationships with employees and candidates
  • Result-oriented approach
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
