Overview

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;

- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process;

- Organizing and managing new employee orientation and on-boarding;

- Maintaining employee records and paperwork;

- Provide counseling on policies and procedures;

- Develop training and development programs;

- Assist in performance management processes;

- Representing the employer in the community and recruiting events;

- Answering employee questions and addressing employee concerns with the company;

- Maintaining knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions;

- Perform other job-related tasks as assigned under the immediate supervisor.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related sphere;

- Fluency in English language is a must, both written and verbal;

- Solid working experience with RA labor laws and disciplinary procedures;

- Proven working experience as HR Specialist;

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel);

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities;

- Good multi-tasking and prioritizing skills;

- Highly organized and detail-oriented;

- A strong work ethic and demonstrated teamwork skills;

- Self-motivated personality and ability to work under pressure.
