About the role

Designing, coordinating, and taking responsibility for the HR & Recruitment function. This means working on:

  1. HR procedures and programs (50%)
  2. Recruitment cycle (30%)
  3. HR and office administration (20%). 


1. HR procedures and programs 

Typical tasks include:

  • act as a liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions
  • assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc)
  • maintain and update current HR files and databases.


2. Recruitment cycle

Typical tasks include:

  • taking the hiring manager’s job requisition, making performance profiles
  • placing a listing for the role on job boards, advertising the opening on social media, or sourcing candidates
  • screening candidates 
  • implementing first, general interviews
  • organizing a series of professional evaluation stages - interviews, testing, etc.
  • recruitment communication - cold emailing, developing and sending personalized recruiting emails, and adapting daily communication with candidates.
  • other functions per request.


3. HR and office administration 

Typical tasks include:

  • handle records and paperwork
  • coordinating and managing appointments, meetings, and the conference room schedule in order to prevent duplicate bookings.
  • track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures.

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent knowledge of English: besides just loving to talk in English, you are proficient in both verbal and written business English. All of your tasks mentioned above will be done in English. 
  • Business communication skills: as an HR specialist, you must be able to express yourself clearly, both in oral and written communication. Thus, you’re expected to be tactful, considerate, and gracious in order to maintain a trustful reputation of both you and Exio.tech.
  • Tech-savviness: You don’t need to like technology to be good at this job but it will really help you have an aptitude for it. There are a couple of tools used in HR & Recruitment on a daily basis, i.e. Lever, Greenhouse, LinkedIn, Hirebee, Trello, Asana, Slack, Canva, Google Docs, etc. 
  • Result-orientedness: The HR & Recruitment industries worldwide and in Armenia are competitive and target-driven, therefore, it is essential that you can handle pressure very well, set ambitious goals, and deliver results.
  • Managing your time and ability to balance multiple tasks: as the scope of the role is large and the nature of tasks are various you are expected to be fast while keeping up with all the deadlines.
