Atomic S is looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR specialist to manage our company’s recruiting, learning and development, and employee performance programs. Responsibilities:

  • Provide job descriptions of available vacancies and compile job announcements
  • Implement performance review procedures
  • Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly
  • Oversee  hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks
  • Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
  • Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
  • Support employee opportunities for professional development

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist
  • Higher education in economy
  • Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good problem-solving abilities
  • Team management skills
  • High sense of responsibility
  • Attention to details
  • Mathematical thinking and strong logical skills
