• Source candidates and clients using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
  • Conduct screenings via phone or video call.
  • Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
  • Serve as a contact person for questions from candidates
  • Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
  • Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office suite

  • Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
