“Circa” is looking for a “HR/Office Manager”.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Recruiting, training and develop staff
  • Benefits administration
  • Approving job descriptions and advertisements
  • Looking after the health, safety and welfare of all employees
  • Participate in the planning and execution of company events
  • Manage office facilities and services, serving as a general resource for the Yerevan team 
  • Liaison with accounting to ensure proper reporting and compliance
  • Develop and maintain an ongoing recruiting pipeline to hire skilled engineers based in Armenia

Required Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the principles and practices of HR management
  • Solid verbal and written communication abilities
  • A helpful, problem-solving nature
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management
  • Tech recruitement related experience or knowledge is a plus
