“Circa” is looking for a “HR/Office Manager”.
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting, training and develop staff
- Benefits administration
- Approving job descriptions and advertisements
- Looking after the health, safety and welfare of all employees
- Participate in the planning and execution of company events
- Manage office facilities and services, serving as a general resource for the Yerevan team
- Liaison with accounting to ensure proper reporting and compliance
- Develop and maintain an ongoing recruiting pipeline to hire skilled engineers based in Armenia
Required Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the principles and practices of HR management
- Solid verbal and written communication abilities
- A helpful, problem-solving nature
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management
- Tech recruitement related experience or knowledge is a plus
