Overview

Responsibilities:

  1. Research, plan, develop and implement annual HR strategy for the company and personnel management;
  2. Ensure effective planning and control over the Company salary fund and related expenses, propose revision of salaries and related compensations;
  3. Manage processes and compliance with HR policy and procedures;
  4. Oversee the full cycle of recruitment ensuring transparent and fair selection of employees on all levels, including senior and top managers;
  5. Keep accurate and proper track of records of employee data in relevant databases;
  6. Administer HR documentation related to employee contracts, employment & termination packages, vacations, business trips, reference letters in accordance with Company’s operating guidelines, policies and procedures as well as the RA Labor Code;
  7. Develop HR manuals, internal policies, including benefits and allowances, handle interpersonal conflicts and disciplinary violations;
  8. Ensure efficient organizational structure and functional descriptions of all departments in the Company, guarantee proper presentation of their roles to the team to facilitate collaboration between them;
  9. Conduct job analysis, employee evaluation, implement KPI-s, OKR-s, performance based bonus system or other metrics depending on company needs;
  10. Analyze staff training needs, develop Individual Development plans for employees, arrange diversified methods of staff learning & development;
  11. Prepare periodic reports and transfer of valuable insights to the Senior Management.

Required Qualifications:

 

  1. Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Recourses, Organizational Psychology or a related field; SPHR or another international certificate is preferable;
  2. Progressive Work experience of more than 7 years as HR manager. Experience in International organizations is a plus;
  3. Profound knowledge of RA Legislation, Labor Code, Normative Legal Acts and other Governmental decisions related to Human Resource Management in the public sector;
  4. Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages;
  5. Strong command in HRM, Project Management tools and other office software;
  6. Strong planning, prioritisation and project management experience;
  7. Excellent organizational, time-management, detail orientation skills and ability to produce high-quality, accurate work;
  8. Working in different projects simultaneously and driving them to completion on tight deadlines;
  9. Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
