- Research, plan, develop and implement annual HR strategy for the company and personnel management
- Ensure effective planning and control over the Company salary fund and related expenses, propose revision of salaries and related compensations
- Manage processes and compliance with HR policy and procedures
- Oversee the full cycle of recruitment ensuring transparent and fair selection of employees on all levels, including senior and top managers
- Keep accurate and proper track of records of employee data in relevant databases
- Administer HR documentation related to employee contracts, employment & termination packages, vacations, business trips, reference letters in accordance with Company’s operating guidelines, policies and procedures as well as the RA Labor Code
- Develop HR manuals, internal policies, including benefits and allowances, handle interpersonal conflicts and disciplinary violations
- Ensure efficient organizational structure and functional descriptions of all departments in the Company, guarantee proper presentation of their roles to the team to facilitate collaboration between them
- Conduct job analysis, employee evaluation, implement KPI-s, OKR-s, performance based bonus system or other metrics depending on company needs
- Analyze staff training needs, develop Individual Development plans for employees, arrange diversified methods of staff learning & development
- Prepare periodic reports and transfer of valuable insights to the senior Management

Required Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Recourses, Organizational Psychology or a related field; SPHR or another international certificate is preferable
- Progressive Work experience of more than 7 years as HR manager. Experience in International organizations is a plus
- Profound knowledge of RA Legislation, Labor Code, Normative Legal Acts and other Governmental decisions related to Human Resource Management in the public sector
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages
- Strong command in HRM, Project Management tools and other office software
- Strong planning, prioritisation and project management experience
- Excellent organizational, time-management, detail orientation skills and ability to produce high-quality, accurate work
- Working in different projects simultaneously and driving them to completion on tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
