“Ameriabank CJSC” is looking for a “Information Desk Clerk, Yerevan branch network”.


Coordinate the activities in the lobby, including: 

  • Meet and greet visitors, provide on-site advice
  • Direct the visitors to the relevant front-line staff/units depending on their needs; receive, sort and send documents and letters on a daily basis
  • Respond to the customer inquiries concerning the Bank products and services, as well as their fees and rates
  • Manage queues          
  • Accompany customers to the safe deposit lockers vault for the customers to use the lockers
  • Update the data in the system, activate various services provided by the bank and make changes as the case may require
  • Open new cards, card accounts and accept respective applications
  • Accept other applications and requests
  • Accept payment documents related to the payment cards
  • Create and check packages of supporting documents for daily transactions
  • Perform other duties defined under internal regulations of the Bank and assigned by the manager

Required Qualifications:

  • University degree
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Flexibility, time management skills and ability to multi-task
  • Interpersonal and conflict management skills
  • Listening skills, ability to refer clients to the right place and solve problems on the site
  • Client-centric approach
  • Team player
  • Ability to solve problems and handle difficult situations
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and AS Bank will be an advantage.
  • Excellent command of Armenian, Russian and English (knowledge of other languages will be an advantage)
