• Create requirements for the Agile development team
  • Define, track, and analyze the relevant key product indicators
  • Assist in applying agile planning methods with the team, e.g. forecasting, user story maps, planning poker, etc.
  • Assist in assessing value, developing cases, to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
  • Assist with product release plans and help set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities
  • Analyze and classify market and customer requirements, develop ideas and actions accordingly
  • Take care of support documentation and product guides
  • Help to analyze customer feedback and feature requests and transform them to product backlog items

Required Qualifications:

  • University degree in the field of Computer Science or Engineering will be a plus, combined with strong business acumen and customer-centricity
  • Technical understanding of software products is desirable
  • Experience/Certification with Scrum/Agile and proficiency in Atlassian JIRA and Confluence is an advantage

  • Fluency in English language is mandatory, both spoken and written
