Overview

Responsibilities:

Internal Control

    • Aggregate data from multiple sources to provide a comprehensive assessment
    • Evaluate organization’s management of risk
    • Implement and improve risk assessment mechanisms
    • Assist management in the improvement of internal controls
    • Evaluate controls and advise managers at all levels
    • Analyse operations and confirm information
    • Work with other assurance providers (external control)
    • Create reports, summaries, presentations, and process documents to display results
    • Collaborate with other team members to effectively analyze and present data
    • Develop systems and processes for gathering and storing data for future analytic projects

Risk Management

    • Analyse data to better understand potential risks, concerns and outcomes of decisions
    • Provide the analyses of accounting and financial base differences
    • Perform risk assessment: Analysing current risks and identifying potential risks that are affecting the company
    • Prepare compliance report on a monthly base
    • Increase Finance effectiveness, such as:
      • Analysing the expenditures and identify cost reduction and sourcing optimization opportunities
      • Analysing the account receivables and payables and identify opportunities to achieve significant cash savings through rationalization
      • Providing product /client specific analyses
      • Providing cash flow specific analyses
      • Providing unbiased support to the management in decision-making

Required Qualifications:

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics
  • At least 3 years of Work experience in the field of internal conrol/ risk management
  • Experience with financial and operational audits highly desired
  • At least 1-year experience in a management position
  • Understanding of business process, internal control concepts and international Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, 1C
  • Organizational skills, with attention to details and ability to work independently 
  • Strong analytical, judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
