- Providing advisory assistance to the Bank’s employees on use of internet and mobile applications;
- Primary response to inquiries related with Internet and mobile banking, disclosure and collection of issues;
- Presenting collected and filtered inquiries, issues and making proposals to business analysts and /or developers teams, which serve the system;
- Assurance of feedback on updates of systematic corrections between the interested parties;
- Other instructions upon the necessity or instructions given by direct supervisors.
- At least Bachelor degree in IT related area or other similar experience;
- Excellent customer service and communication skills;
- Knowledge of Microsoft hardware and software, knowledge of other operational systems will be an asset;
- Knowledge of internet and mobile banking behavior;
- micKnowledge of mobile and computer specifications.
