• Providing advisory assistance to the Bank’s employees on use of internet and mobile applications;
  • Primary response to inquiries related with Internet and mobile banking, disclosure and collection of issues; 
  • Presenting collected and filtered inquiries, issues and making proposals to business analysts and /or developers teams, which serve the system;
  • Assurance of feedback on updates of systematic corrections between the interested parties;
  • Other instructions upon the necessity or instructions given by direct supervisors.


Required Qualifications:

  • At least Bachelor degree in IT related area or other similar experience;
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft hardware and software, knowledge of other operational systems will be an asset;
  • Knowledge of internet and mobile banking behavior;
  • micKnowledge of mobile and computer specifications.
