Responsibilities:


- Identifying customer needs and taking steps to maintain positive experience
- Customer feedback collection, tracking and analysis
- Market research implementation and data development
- Product mapping and analysis
- Practical usage of Strategic and Digital Marketing tools
- Creation of content plan and daily content for various digital channels (website, social networks, etc.)
- Graphic design development considering fonts, visual formats and customer needs
- Practical usage of different tools and up-to-date knowledge of the field

Required Qualifications:


- Bachelors, Masters or final year students of Management, Economics, Marketing, PR, Design or related field
