We are actively seeking a skilled and ambitious iOS Team Lead to spearhead our dynamic team at Telcell. As an iOS Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading the development and enhancement of our mobile application.   • Lead and mentor a team of iOS developers, providing technical guidance and support
  • Oversee the architecture and design of iOS applications, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
  • Lead root cause analysis of production problems
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in iOS development
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of work experience as an iOS Developer
  • In-depth knowledge of Swift and Objective-C
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services
  • Strong understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines
  • Experience with performance and memory tuning with tools such as Instruments
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and processes
  • Knowledge of other programming languages and platforms
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience with unit testing and test-driven development (TDD)
  • Ability to transfer business requirements into technical requirements
  • Strong sense of ownership
