Doxx Computer LLC is looking for an experienced IT Help Desk Specialist to join the company’s technical specialists team.
Salary: From 130000 AMD Net

Responsibilities:


- Assembling, disassembling and hardware testing of computers
- Install and configure Operation System and Software packages
- Computer and peripheral equipment physical installation, connection and driver installation
- Test, support, configure, maintain and upgrade different networks on several customer’s IT infrastructure
- Support and administer IT related software and services
- Monitor infrastructure performance (availability, utilization, throughput and latency) and test for weaknesses
- Organize quick support services to the customer in case of emergency failures
- Update and recover Software’s and Operation systems
- Resolve network (LAN, WLAN, WAN) issues
- Contact with customers by phone, email or regular visits
- keep in touch with customers to track issues and resolutions
- achieve required certification by taking qualification exams

Required Qualifications:


- Proven experience in an IT helpdesk role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field
- Experience with assembling and disassembling computers, installing OS, Drivers, and software packages, configuring local wired and wireless networks
- Good knowledge of English, Russian and Armenian languages
- Experience with assembling and disassembling HP, Dell and Lenovo desktops and laptops are an advantage
- Advanced experience in networking, routing, switching and firewall configuration is an advantage
- Experience with managing network equipment such as HPE, Aruba, Cisco and Sophos configuration is an advantage
- Experience in maintaining Server and Storage equipment and technologies is an advantage
- Cisco CCNA or other equivalent certifications is an advantage
