Overview

Responsibilities:

-Provide leadership and direction to the IT Systems Administration and Network Engineering teams

-Provide strategic direction for the infrastructure function and will lead the development of infrastructure

  strategy, architecture standards and procedures for the organization.

-Establish strong monitoring system and produce reports on the status of the infrastructure

-Manage the Instrastructure Unit’s projects and cross departmental projects

-Set the targets and KPIs for the Unit’s personnel

-Coach and the train the Unit’s personnel by closely cooperating with the training and development team.

-Establish and administer an annual performance review, continuing education and career development     

 program for each information technology professional staff member.

Required Qualifications:

-University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline

-At least 5 years professional experience in IT

-At least 2 years experience in a managerial role

-Broad and extensive knowledge of IT and its processes

-Strong knowledge of technologies such as Microsoft, Cisco and VMware

-Knowledge of storage area networks, WAN acceleration, virtualization, firewalls and routers

-Excellent IT skills
