TCO Team is looking for a motivated and skilled candidate to fill the position of IT Project Manager, who will be responsible for performing the below-mentioned responsibilities.

Responsibilities:


- Manage the projects through all phases of the development life cycle, from project initiation to post-implementation activities, on schedule, under budget, and scope
- Keep ongoing daily meetings/communication with the team members and clients
- Make project planning and progress tracking and proactively communicate project status and risks to internal and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and manage client expectations
- Track project building, specifically to analyze the successful completion of goals
- Work closely with the team, motivate and share policies and procedures to ensure success

Required Qualifications:


- A bachelor's degree or master degree in a related field
- Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies
- Experience as a construction IT project manager
- Ability to complete projects on time
- Experience overseeing a construction project
- Fluent English is a must
- Proven experience in project management
- Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion
