Overview

Yogurt LLC is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects within the given budget and timeline.

Responsibilities:


- Develop project plans, timelines, and budget estimates
- Determine and define project scope and objectives
- Create a project charter and all the necessary documentation
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
- Identify project risks and create contingency plans
- Manage project resources and ensure team members are meeting project requirements
- Monitor project progress and report on status to stakeholders
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and team members
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements
- Manage project change requests and scope creep
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
- Create a working environment that allows everyone to work to the best of their abilities

Required Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in project management, preferably in IT Project Management
- Knowledge of Agile methodology and its frameworks, Scrum in particular, knowledge of other methodologies is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Good knowledge of Russian is a plus
- Proficient in project management software such as Jira, Asana or Trello
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
- Multitasking ability
