Overview

“Mawady” is looking for a “IT project manager”.

Responsibilities:

  • Create business, functional and technical requirements.  

  • Maintain correct project time frames, estimates, and status reports.

  • Manage backlog of features or improvements and communicate with internal teams. 

  • Manage and assign tasks for the developers and other internal teams. 

  • Test web and mobile software programs.

  • Analyze existing business processes, identify improvements, and implement efficient IT solutions.  

  • Conduct detailed research according to business needs. 

  • Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing new technologies. 

  • Set and track KPIs such as customer acquisition costs, customer conversion rate, daily active users, features usage, user churn, and customer lifetime value.   

  • Implement Agile process with internal team. 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or another related field (Bachelor’s degree in computer science is a plus.)  

  • 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or related role.  

  • Ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritization.  

  • Knowledge of Sales, Operations, and ERP implementation is a plus. 

  • Ability to connect business needs with technology solutions.

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development best practices. 

  • Project management skills.
