Overview

We are seeking to hire a Project Manager to join our rapidly growing team in US-based OnePlanetOps’ branch in Armenia – One Planet Studios.  The candidate should have a background in both business and IT and should have an extensive understanding of the software development industry. Our future teammate will work directly with our colleagues in the US.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Determine and define project scope and objectives

  • Actively collaborate with the development team, design team and PO;

  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner;

  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals;

  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan;

  • Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of the project;

  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis about strategy, adjustments, and progress;

  • Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of the project;

  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution;

  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement;

 

Required Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field;

  • 3+ years of IT project management and related experience;

  • Excellent communication skills in English;

  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, Agile methodology, and best practices;

  • Proven ability to complete projects according to the outlined scope and timeline;

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred;

  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively;

  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle;

  • Excellent analytical skills;

  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills;

  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful;
