“Byblos Bank Armenia CJSC” is looking for a “IT SUPPORT OFFICER”.

Required Qualifications:

  • MS in Computer science;
  • At least 2 years of experience in technology with a very good knowledge of the Banking applications and environment;
  • Excellent knowledge of English will be an asset;
  • Ability to install and set up Desktop (Desktop Hardware);
  • Ability to install and set up Desktop Applications (Desktop MS Office & Other Applications);
  • Ability to clearly convey & receive messages to meet the needs of others by listening, interpreting & delivering: oral, written &/or electronic messages;
  • Ability to work co-operatively & productively with other members of the team in order to achieve common goals;
  • Ability to prioritize and allocate time between different tasks in order to achieve goals perfectly.
