Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners, security systems (NVR, CCTV Camera)
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  • Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
  • Setting up accounts for new users
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
  • Testing new technology
  • Other job-related tasks

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other related fields
  • 1+ years of related IT support experience
  • Familiarity with desktop/laptop operating systems and software (PC, Windows, Microsoft Office, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of English, Russian and Armenian languages
  • Experience providing remote assistance over the phone or via email
  • Attention to detail and ability to concentrate in a busy environment
  • Ability to prioritize issues and take appropriate steps with minimal supervision
  • Ability to travel to the Branches (Car availability, Driving license and trips requirement by personal car with fuel cost compensation)
