IT Team Lead

You are supposed to have a central role within Yerevan team acting as coach, leader and supervisor of both Senior and Junior professionals, mainly;

• Take part in design and planning of all IT operations;
• Setting tasks and supervising execution;
• Assisting teams wherever needed with your expertise;
• Conduct bi-annual reviews encouraging performance and preventing under-performance;

Your profile

Previous management experience within a similar role is a must;

10+ overall experience in Java/Spring environment.  

Technical expertise

We expect you to be on the top of your game either as a Java developer and/or No-SQL Database specialist. Namely:

• Hands-on experience with Java Web Applications;
• Good knowledge and experience with various data structures, recursions and concurrency;
• In-depth knowledge of core Java;
• Good knowledge of Spring Boot.
