ITeam company is currently looking for a specialist to provide initial IT Support by troubleshooting and resolving routine computer, printer, and network help desk requests.
End user support by answering calls, documenting incidents and requests for service, managing user accounts, and assisting user with answering questions, network cabling and physical connections.
- 2 years’ experience in technical support and system administrating
- Knowledge of English, Russian is a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate well with operation and technology
- Ability to work on multiple tasks
- Experience with Help Desk / Desktop duties
- High knowledge and skills in Microsoft products and computer hardware
- Skills in design, installation of computer networks
- Knowledge of Unix, Linux is a plus
