Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Support to the I.T. Manager in maintaining the systems in the store.
  • Responsible for the troubleshooting of all “Software and Hardware” in the store (Support Level-1).
  • Ensure proper I.T. Support for all the store users (Support Level-1).
  • Help maintain user files on the server in a safe manner.
  • Insure that back-ups are done on a regular basis to avoid any loss of files.
  • Ensure off-site storage tapes on scheduled timing.
  • Assist in performing “System user maintenance” on a monthly basis as per D.O.S.I. procedure.
  • Assist the I.T Manager in assuring that all entry of devices, device error logs, periodical tests.
  • Assets disposal are properly maintained and followed up as per the standard.
  • Be a model of Carrefour / Majid Al Futtaim Retail management system & company’s corporate policies.
  • Ensure the circulation of information within the hierarchy.
  • Help I.T. Manager in training & supervising staff.
