• Evaluate and assess existing business processes
  • Design solutions to process issues, develop procedures, policies and create documentation
  • Manage improvements teams and implementation processes, implement and facilitate changes
  • Monitor and conduct ongoing analysis on business processes, continuously assess the achievement of process goals
  • Modify and update procedures, policies, continually adjust processes to meet changing business needs
  • Develop initiatives for continuous business process improvements
  • Develop and maintain business processes documentations

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to create and manage documents using Google docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides, competent in MS Office
  • Advanced knowledge of Armenian and English languages is mandatory
  • Knowledge of IT Industry business model
  • Skilled at writing
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritize work and manage tasks with conflicting deadlines
  • Ability to work collaboratively and use initiative
  • Ability to identify and initiate process improvement activities
