Overview

Armenia Wine is looking for a result-driven Junior Export Specialist with excellent interpersonal skills who will actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify partners for the alcohol beverages in foreign markets, collaborate with them
  • Organize external sales processes together with related departments
  • Prepare new proposals and presentations
  • Handle partners database (products, projects, etc.)
  • Perform preparatory work related to the company's participation in international exhibitions
  • Organize partners` visit to the winery and get prepared for it
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products and delivery schedules
  • Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, develop solutions, prepare reports and make recommendations to management
  • Performs other functions assigned by immediate supervisor

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent knowledge of English and Russian, knowledge of other foreign languages is desirable
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and planning skills
  • Excellent sales skills
  • Perfect time management skills
  • Work experience with international markets
