Responsibilities:


- Coordinate the sourcing and hiring processes with team leads
- Source potential candidates on relevant platforms, like LinkedIn
- Coordinate and maintain administrative documentation
- Manage training and development initiatives
- Keep track of employees’ performance
- Manage and improve communication
- Manage organizational and company culture
- Create the best work environment
- Oversee and manage the benefits
- Adapting to new trends and technologies
- Organize team building events

Required Qualifications:


- 6+ months experience as HR in IT company
- Interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage data/metrics and make data-informed decisions
- Leadership and management skills
- Experience in conflict resolution
- Problem solving skills
- Communication skills in Armenian, Russian, English
