Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Regularly liaise with branch employees to identify and solve the issues,
  • Answering all product-related questions from staff in a timely and accurate manner,
  • Maintain accurate documentation of business processes, policies, and all product-related activities,
  • Research and analyze market, and make competitive analysis for identifying and proposing product improvement initiatives and keep the team informed of any new market entrants,
  • Use own initiative to determine any red flags or risk factors related to borrower outcomes,
  • Support stakeholders in the creation of new features and enhancements that improve the customer journey and create value for the business,
  • Generate routine and ad-hoc product reports to management,
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Educational background preferably in Economics or mathematics,
  • Advanced computer skills, operational knowledge of Excel, Access, SQL,
  • Work experience in banking is a plus,
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills,
  • Good knowledge of Armenian, English, and Russian languages,
  • Good communication and presentation skills,
  • Ability to find flexible decisions in different critical/problematic situations,
  • Ability to react fast and work on multiple tasks in short deadlines,
  • Be flexible and ready to accept new challenges.
