Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of F&B department in accordance with operating policies
  • Plan food and beverage menus considering clients’ preferences and special requests
  • Gather customer requirements (like number of guests and event dates)
  • Train and manage food and beverage service staff
  • Schedule staff shifts
  • Manage stock and place orders as needed
  • Provide services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention
  • Assist servers and hosts on the floor during peak meal periods
  • Maintain service and sanitation standards
  • Handle guest problems and complains
  • Provide the leadership, vision and direction to bring together and prioritize the departmental goals in a way that will be efficient and effective;
  • Other job related duties

Required Qualifications:

  • Higher education preferably in Hospitality, Restaurant Management, Business Administration or related fields
  • At least 3 years of experience
  • Great attention to detail and creativity
  • Organizing and leadership skills
  • Communication and team management abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English language
