Overview
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of F&B department in accordance with operating policies
- Plan food and beverage menus considering clients’ preferences and special requests
- Gather customer requirements (like number of guests and event dates)
- Train and manage food and beverage service staff
- Schedule staff shifts
- Manage stock and place orders as needed
- Provide services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention
- Assist servers and hosts on the floor during peak meal periods
- Maintain service and sanitation standards
- Handle guest problems and complains
- Provide the leadership, vision and direction to bring together and prioritize the departmental goals in a way that will be efficient and effective;
- Other job related duties
Required Qualifications:
- Higher education preferably in Hospitality, Restaurant Management, Business Administration or related fields
- At least 3 years of experience
- Great attention to detail and creativity
- Organizing and leadership skills
- Communication and team management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English language
