SoftLand LLC is looking for a Junior Tech Recruiter.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the day-to-day operation of HR/Recruitment functions and responsibilities
  • Assist with the recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Schedule job interviews, HR events, set appointments and arrange meetings
  • Organize creative team buildings and team events/activities
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, recruiting strategies and best practices
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in Tech Recruitment is a must
  • Tech- savvy, with an understanding of tech terms, IT company structure, the HRM field, and how the SDLC works
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking system is a plus
  • Good communication skills
  • Passion, motivation and desire to grow
  • Good knowledge of English and Russian languages
