“EPAM Systems LLC” is looking for a “Lead Learning & Development Specialist “.
Responsibilities:
- Consult business leaders in identifying the right learning solutions to solve the specific business/team needs
- Managing the process of designing new leadership development learning programs
- Coordinate leadership development learning programs end-to-end
- Monitor the training effectiveness through the feedback and evaluation following the sessions
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders
- Promote leadership development learning programs
Required Qualifications:
- Profound experience in the L&D sphere and the ability to be a role model for the team
- Knowledge of effective L&D methodologies, including the understanding of learning trends and best practices
- Project/program coordination and organization skills
- English language level – B2-C1, both written and spoken
