Overview
Responsibilities:
- Closely monitor the Live Studio and Live Casino dealers, on existing tables
- Help improve the studio look and feel
- Assist us with recommendations of dealers based on their skills and work ethics
- Continuously improve the quality of our dealer presentation by recommending trainings and retrainings on attitudes and behaviors
- Ensure close cooperation with technical team to keep equipment appropriate maintenance, quick problem resolutions and smooth 24/7 operation
- Execute daily activities and Live Casino whole operational work flow processes
Required Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of Live Casino games
- Strong communication skills in Russian and English
- Intellectual curiosity to explore and push the limits of the Live Casino experience
- Age: 30-55
Additional Information:
This is a full time role with a rotating work schedule.
