“Armenia Wine Company LLC” is looking for a “Marketing Coordinator”.


- Developing marketing plans, strategies and budgets based on market characteristics and organizational goals and objectives
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
- Evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve target goals
- Develop and manage effective advertising and promotional activities for sales volume growth
- Set and administer annual marketing budget
- Managing budgets for marketing campaigns
- Troubleshooting marketing campaigns that are not performing well
- Conduct market research and segmentation
- Prepare analytical reports and presentations
- Regularly track and get insights into competitors' strategies.
- Coordinating multiple channels of marketing strategies
- Evaluating financial aspects including budgets, expenditures, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections and recommend necessary actions to increase sales volume and market share,
- Working closely with analytics team
- Organizing photo/video shoots
- Collaborate with media organizations and advertising agencies
- Coordinate with the sales team and other departments
- Developing marketing strategies for new products
- Organizing promotional events and coordinating day-of deliveries and staffing
- Coordinating the process of reworking, updating and launching the website
- Planning POS materials for sales partners, coordinating the purchasing process, stocking and providing the appropriate quantities to the appropriate employees

Required Qualifications:

- Higher education, preferably in Marketing or Economics
- At least 3 years work experience in a similar position
- Creative, analytical and strategic thinking
- Ability to manage various projects
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Digital marketing skills
- Ability to complete tasks within set deadlines
- An ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High sense of responsibility
- Ability to combine creative thought with a data-driven approach
- Understanding of consumer behavior
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian
- Advanced computer skills
